Sam gets tattooed

Yesterday, Samuel, Ose, & I headed over to Jacob & Julia's house for some afternoon playtime. After a quick dip in the pool, a few trips down the slide, a turn on the swing, some time in the playhouse, a ride on the rocking horse, a drive in the red car, building a fort, making Oreo soup, enjoying some popcorn, mailing some letters, & making a few bank deposits, Sam & Jacob (along with Jennifer) managed to squeeze in some finger painting & stamping. During the art craze, Jennifer suggested that the boys use the WASHABLE red ink pad to make prints of their hands & feet. It was only later on in the bath we discovered that, in fact, the ink is not washable at all. Sam & Jacob had a great time playing with all of the great bath toys in the muddy water, while Jennifer & I tried in vain to scrub them clean. As usual, Julia was the best behaved & was nice enough to share a few kisses. Sam says he LOVES going over to Jacob & Julia's house...you never know what might happen!
