On Thursday, Samuel, Andrew, and I went to the Kindergarten Open House at Lakeside, where we met Sam's new teacher, Ms. Folds. The very first thing she said to Sam was how excited she was to have him in her class, since she has heard so many wonderful things about him. Sam was especially excited to see his pal Garrett is in his class, and will be sitting right beside him. Sam actually said yesterday that the Open House was "his best day ever!" He is ready for kindergarten!
